A letter From the Owner:

My name is Russ Terhaar. I married my wife Mel in 2008 and together we run our family owned cleaning business. I worked for (4) carpet cleaning companies in the past before having the opportunity to start The Clean Machine in 2005. I was never happy with the high pressure sales tactics I was told to use, among many other bad practices. I have cleaned many thousands of homes, apartments, restaurants, and offices over the years. In all my experience I found our current customers are normally looking for "Far Out Service at a Down to Earth Price" - and that's what we strive to deliver every time!

Together, my wonderful wife and I have been building a reputation of uncompromising quality, work, and service. We are up front and honest from the first conversation with Mel during the scheduling process, to the time I pull out of the driveway after the job is complete. We WILL NOT promise a low price over the phone just to get our foot in the door - only to surprise you with hidden charges when we arrive. We have never done business that way, and we never will. We are in the business of creating long term customers who not only call us time after time, but also refer their family and friends to TCM.
